Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers have to share the information required for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your information and details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication in the form of What’s app messages, SMS, Emails, and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt-out either by unsubscribing the same in respective emails or newsletters or by contacting customer service. 

Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at a minimum 20% Discount on MRP + the Shipping Charges. Unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. Although the prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, if in case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Shipping Policy

1) Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2) Delivery Time

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. ALLIED PRODUCT is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination chosen and the weight of the package. The shipping rates will be displayed on the invoice.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer cannot cancel your order once placed. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

We don’t have a “return and refund policy” which entitles all purchasers to do it on our website.

We take utmost care and make sure that the product is in good shape and not damaged while shipping the product. But if the products are damaged during the delivery process. in such a case, we request you to please contact us via email: info@alliedproduct.in for further details.

You Agree and Confirm

1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by ALLIED PRODUCT for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
2. That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all Allied Product applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. ALLIED PRODUCT reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order and debar you from using the Services and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the Allied Product applicable laws of India. The Courts at Pune Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by ALLIED PRODUCT and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Pune Maharashtra. The Court of judicature at Pune Maharashtra alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall Allied Product.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by ALLIED PRODUCT. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. ALLIED PRODUCT may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to ALLIED PRODUCT. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by ALLIED PRODUCT, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. ALLIED PRODUCT right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
